Predict the future by taking the first step

Get Your Business Legal and Professional

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania requires all businesses to have a registered office – the official address for receiving legal and government documents.

  • Privacy: Keep your address confidential.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a business address in Pennsylvania, even if you work remotely.

  • Convenience: Avoid the hassle of receiving legal documents in person. We’ll scan and email you the important details, then forward the originals if needed.

Commercial Registered Office Provider

Also referred to as a registered agent is part of the services we provide. We accept service of process, legal correspondence, and official notifications on behalf of our clients. When those documents come into our office, we immediately scan them into your account and notify you the same day. We charge only $125 to serve as your Pennsylvania registered agent yearly.

We handle:

  • Legal documents (first 15 pages scanned and emailed)

  • Government correspondence

  • Up to 2 sets of forwarded documents (via mail)

  • Timely notifications (within 2 business days)

Cost:

  • Registered Office Service: $125/year

  • Expedited Service: $100 in addition to the Incorporation Filing Service.

A man in a business suit is sitting at a table in a modern cafe or restaurant. He is looking intently at a smartphone, holding a pen, and has a notebook open on the table in front of him. The setting includes wooden chairs, and there are monochrome photographs on the wall and televisions mounted in the background.
